⚖️ Authorization to Represent Claim & License Disclosure

AUTHORIZATION TO ACT AS CLAIM REPRESENTATIVE

By signing this Agreement, the Homeowner/Insured ("Client") hereby grants ThatsMyRoofer.com, LLC ("Contractor") full authority to act as their authorized representative in all insurance claim matters related to the above-referenced property, including but not limited to:

Negotiating the insurance claim directly with the insurance carrier and its adjusters, re-inspectors, and representatives on Client's behalf;
Preparing, submitting, and negotiating supplemental estimates for any scope items missed, undervalued, or excluded from the carrier's initial estimate;
Communicating directly with all insurance company personnel, public adjusters, and third-party administrators on Client's behalf;
Requesting re-inspection of the property, an Independent Appraisal, or invoking the Appraisal Clause of the policy if the initial settlement is deemed insufficient to restore the property to pre-loss conditions.

LICENSE & CONTRACTOR DISCLOSURE

ThatsMyRoofer.com, LLC is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Colorado, holding a General Contractor "C" License and a D1 Exteriors License. As a licensed General Contractor, Contractor is fully authorized and qualified to perform and coordinate all trades of construction necessary to restore the property to pre-loss conditions, including but not limited to roofing, gutters, siding, windows, exterior paint, carpentry, and any other exterior or interior scope items identified as part of the covered loss. Contractor shall coordinate and oversee all subcontractors required to complete any trade work as part of the approved claim scope.

SCOPE OF RESTORATION AGREEMENT

Contractor agrees to restore the property to its pre-loss condition as outlined in the insurance carrier's approved estimate and any subsequently approved supplemental estimates. All restoration work shall be performed in compliance with applicable local and state building codes, manufacturer installation specifications, and industry best practices. Client agrees to assign insurance proceeds to Contractor as work is completed and approved.

IMPORTANT: It is unlawful to knowingly provide false, incomplete, or misleading facts or information to an insurance company for the purpose of defrauding or attempting to defraud the company. All information provided in this claim and supplemental estimates is true and accurate to the best of the knowledge of all parties. Any insurance company or agent who knowingly provides false or misleading facts to a policyholder shall be reported to the Colorado Division of Insurance within the Department of Regulatory Agencies.
